In the wake of the #MeToo movement, locally-based filmmakers and artists explore the implications this may have for women and trans folks belonging to communities of colour. Black communities, and Indigenous communities locally, and beyond. This discussion will focus on how each panelist’s work engages with ideas of racialized misogyny, sexual literacy, consent, and gender-based justice.
